At Spoon & Swoon, every order is made with love and care.
Personalised Items Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To help us resolve any issues quickly, we kindly ask that you record an unboxing video when opening your order. In the event of a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video and we'll make it right!
For made to order products, any items with print errors, wrong colours, or incorrect sizing will be replaced at no cost to you — we've got you covered!
Change of Mind Returns For non-personalised items only, we accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected
Personalised items are strictly non-refundable for change of mind as they are custom made just for you.
